By sending the purchase order proposal, the Customer declares to have read the GCS and to accept them unconditionally.
The GCS will remain effective until changed by the Seller. Any changes to the GCS will be effective from the moment they are published on the Site.
Caramanna Gioielli products are made in Italy with artisanal methods using the following materials that comply with Italian and European regulations:
- SILVER 925 ‰ (silver nine hundred twenty-five / thousandths)
- GOLD 750 ‰ (gold seven hundred and fifty / thousandths) or 18kt GOLD (gold eighteen carats)
- 375 ‰ GOLD (three hundred and seventy-five gold / thousandths) or 9kt GOLD (nine karat gold)
- We use natural precious or semi-precious stones

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Once the purchase order proposal has been sent by the Customer, it will be processed by the Seller in the following 48 hours. Purchase order proposals sent on Friday after 12.00 will be processed the following Monday. Within the term of 48 hours, the Seller will send the Customer confirmation of acceptance of this proposal by e-mail, communicating the expected delivery times or any delays due to warehouse stocks. The Seller will not be liable for damages, losses or costs incurred by the Customer in the event of non-acceptance of the purchase order proposal, since the Customer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
All products purchased by the Customer on the Site will be shipped by the Seller through DHL EXPRESS or in any case its own trusted couriers. Shipments will be processed within 10 working days (week from Monday to Friday) following the confirmation-acceptance communication. Deliveries will be made within 3 working days following the shipment of the products, except for impediments or delays to be charged to the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. It is advisable to enter a telephone number when ordering so that the courier can contact the customer in case of delivery difficulties. Upon departure of the shipment, the Customer will receive an identification number by e-mail in order to receive more precise details on the delivery.
The costs for deliveries made according to the methods set out in the GCS are free for shipments to Italy. For shipments made to the rest of Europe or to other continents, the costs differ according to the delivery countries according to the table attached to the GCS (attachment A). At the time of the purchase order and before making the payment, referring to the delivery data entered by the Customer, the expected shipping cost will be communicated.
The Seller accepts the following payment methods
- Credit card - direct debit on the card communicated by the customer at the time of shipment
- PayPal - charged to the Customer's PayPal account at the time of order completion
- Bank transfer - payment by bank transfer must be made by the customer within 5 days from the date of the purchase order, otherwise the order will be canceled. In case of payment by bank transfer, the evasion of the same will take place only at the time of the actual crediting of the amount due. Pursuant to Article 49 and following of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating specific reasons, within 14 days from the moment in which he physically takes possession of the ordered product (for the date of actual possession refers to the proof of delivery provided by the courier). The Customer is required to notify the Seller of the decision to withdraw by sending explicit communication by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to communicate his decision to withdraw, the Customer can optionally use the model attached to these GCS (Annex B).
In case of withdrawal, the Customer will only bear the costs for returning the purchased products. Once the notice of withdrawal has been made, the Customer must send the products covered by the purchase contract to the following address:

The Customer can use the return method of his choice. Please note that the shipment, in case of return, remains under the complete responsibility of the Customer until it is received at the location indicated by the Seller, so it is advisable to use a traceable shipping method with signature upon delivery. It is possible to agree with the Seller on the shipping method by contacting him at the indicated e-mail address. However, it should be noted that Caramanna Gioielli srl is not liable in any case for damage, theft or loss of the returned products.
The returned products must be delivered by the Customer complete in all their parts, including original cases and packaging, intact and free of signs of wear or dirt, in a state equivalent to the original conditions. The Seller reimburses the Customer once the products have been received and after checking the condition of the objects themselves.
The Seller reimburses the Customer for all payments received, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the day on which he is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the purchase contract and in any case not before having received the return of the products. The Seller reimburses using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer and on condition that the different refund system does not involve any economic burden for the Customer. The Customer's right of withdrawal ends at the end of 14 days from the possession of the ordered product.
EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS
In the event that the Customer wishes to make a change, solely for replacement of size or to change the purchased product with the same but of a different size, he can contact the Seller to agree on the modalities at the address: email@example.com
Once the Seller has received the product to be replaced, he will send the item of the correct size as soon as it is ready and without increasing any shipping costs for the Customer.
In the event that the product is damaged as a result of accidental events, the Customer can contact the Seller to arrange repairs on the product at the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The costs for this intervention will be communicated to the Customer after viewing the product through a quote that the Seller will communicate to the Customer's e-mail address.
Customizations such as engravings or the use of stones other than those provided for the products on the Site can be requested from the Seller by contacting him at: email@example.com
Any customizations can lead to a difference in the cost of the products.
The products purchased by the Customer are covered by a warranty for lack of conformity for a duration of not less than 24 months. This guarantee applies to all products that present a defect as long as they have been used correctly and have not been subjected to treatments that may have altered their original condition. Damages caused to products due to use not in accordance with their intended use are excluded from the warranty. For the correct storage of our products, we invite the customer to read the "Care and Maintenance" section.
In the event that the Customer finds a lack of conformity, he must contact the Seller by sending an explicit communication by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to communicate the finding of the lack of conformity, the Customer can optionally use the model attached to these GCS (Annex C).
The Seller will arrange the return procedures with the Customer. Once the goods have been received, the Seller will replace or repair the purchased product at its sole discretion.
